Final count down to this years Dip "Beach Body Ready' All is looking good. It was threatening rain but that has passed and the sun will be shinning down on our bottoms!

Still time to register.

Coach leaves Cardiff at 11am. Or there is plety of parking on the beach for those who are driving.

Secret location will be revealed once you have registered.

See you all on the beach on Saturday!
